HOW SHOULD I FORMAT MY FILES?

Your files should use CMYK color and should be either PDF, JPG, PNG, or DOCX. Your designs should be sized appropriately.

DO YOU USE LASER OR INJECT PRINTERS?

Both! Our main printers use laser printing, but our large-format printer uses inkjet printing. We use sublimation and dtf printing for special projects (apparel, ceramic, plastic, vinyl, polyester and more).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETE?

Our turnaround time is generally 24-72 hours, and we typically complete small to medium sized jobs well within that time frame. However, for larger projects WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TURNAROUND TIME due to amount of time needed for production and pre-orders (online/ in-person). If you specify a deadline in the notes of your order, we’ll do our best to get it done within that time frame. But we can’t guarantee it.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES?

We ship exclusively through USPS using priority 2-day flat-rate shipping for most orders (large format orders are a possible exception). We do not offer expedited shipping through our shop page, but if you need faster shipping service, please email us at jsgraphixconnection@gmail.com. Shipping rates start at $9.99 and up depending on location and size/weight of package.
